We assess the work that needs to be done, and we'll fill out a repair tag. It'll look like this:
If the work to be done cannot be completed while you wait, you'll leave your instrument with us, and we'll give you a call as soon as the repair is completed.
Here are some other things to keep in mind:
Repairs are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If parts have to be ordered, we'll complete the repair as soon as the parts arrive.
If there are any problems which will result in additional cost, if the repair must be done at a different location, or if for some reason the repair cannot be completed we will notify you.
We will always try to save you money. If the repair will exceed the value of the instrument, we will let you know.
